We DO NOT ship to any international address or P.O Box. FREE SHIPPING:

We offer free UPS/Fedex Ground shipping on all orders(within the 48 contiguous states) placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Please note that UPS 2-day and next-day delivery times refer to the duration of shipping once your order has been processed, not from the time you place the order.

Exception: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We want you to love our clothing as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to process a return/exchange within 14 DAYS from when your order is fulfilled. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Exchange for like items will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’d like to return items using our shipping label, a $6 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns over 6 units are subject to an additional $2 per piece restocking fee.

Please Note:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
Items purchased from bobiusa.com are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase
Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit
